Bear River Walleye

Great morning on the Bear River. 3 cat and landed this 23" walleye, 2 got off right before the net got under them. Should of been set up for the walleye and not the cats. Yesterday 9 small cats all down around the gates.

Why? I have used Mono for walleye and caught 1000's of walleye on mono. I usually use 6 or 8 pound, quality mono, but never had a problem. [signature]
