Well, by the way you worded your reply, it sounds like you were offended but to answer your question, no. There would be nothing wrong with that as long as you were the not the one posting the report. Besides, there would be no boot given for someone, if they did not know the rules, just a simple edit would be all thats needed. If a member posted something that was not allowed, a edit is done to remove the part that was not allowed, then a PM is sent, explaining what was done wrong.
