Hello!
Wow! I had no idea that there were many places and opportunities for trout in Idaho Falls! I am amazed! I actually just looked at the regulations for the Upper Snake Region, and I am even more amazed. Up here Sturgeon are illegal to target or catch, and down there it is catch and release with barbless hooks and sliding sinkers, and must not be removed from water! Now THAT is something I have had experience with. I caught sturgeon a lot when I visited Oregon in 2012. Look at the attached video and you will see what I mean. This was back in 2012 when Sturgeon in Oregon had to be between 36" and 56" to keep. Now I REALLY need to restore my boat for if I move!
