Really!! Well thats plan stupid, you could have saved that seals life, hard to believe they are really concerned about that seal, when they won't allow the average citizen to help, when they see an animal in trouble but you did the right thing. It would be even crazier if you got in trouble because you were trying to help, I guess some times you just can't win and the thing is the seal is the looser[].
