My old bass boat was a 18 foot javelin on a 20 foot trailer single axel and it wasn't over 750#. Must be one beefed up trailer. I am not saying you don't know your own equipment but wouldn't hurt to ck your trailer again, You might be surprised and save you some cash over the years. extra tackle
