Well Rocky, thought I had a darn good day on the water, did what I thought was a generous thing, went home feeling pretty good. Learned I shouldn't have done that good deed. Didn't loose any sleep over it, but will know better next time. I understand the reason behind that law, maybe, but I think it would be pretty petty and mean spirited to enforce that in my specific situation.
