[#0000FF]Part of what torqued me off was that I was trying to be a nice guy. My wife usually stops by the DNR office on North Temple in Salt Lake while on one of her "excursions". She has renewed our pass for each of the past few years. I thought I would do it so she didn't have to. And then I encounter the Mensa reject.

Don'tcha just love it. We pay more and more for less and less.
