Hey Pat, I went thru that same kind of problem several years ago at the Willard north gate. Ever since then, I just renew my pass on-line with the state DNR site. Same with my fishin license and with the DMV for my boat registration. Soooooo much less hassle and I don't have to deal with an obviously poorly trained summer hire.
