Ambassadeur XLT 1 magnetic brake question.

Hello folks,

I have a Abu Garcia Ambaseur XLT 1 bait casting with a magnetic brake dial on the left side of the reel.

If there ever was one, there is no +/- or More/Less indication around the dial. There is a small arrow on the dial itself.

Does anyone know for sure which way to turn the dial for more and less braking?
