farm raised trout tips and advice please !

we have had great success using a 1/4 oz or heavier weight matters on how far you want to cast out. then add a swivel and 6 lb florucarbon leader about 3 feet long. then a size 8 salmon hook with 2 chartuesse garlic power eggs on them. make sure you use 2 of them so they will float. fast action with this set up some days when me my wife and little one go out i don't have time to sit down much just rebating hooks and taking fish off. hope this helps a bit.
