Spent 3 hours fishing mantua today. Was targeting bluegill and perch. Saw maybe a total of 6 or 7. I did catch 2 bass on red worms under a float. The bluegill I did see just spooked when I cast. I was fishing from shore along the east side. The wind came up and I bailed. This is the first time I have been skunked for bluegill at Mantua. The water is really high.
