catching salmon

I use the heavy duty construction bag to carry my fish and always have a couple of extra in my pack. I had brought one out several days earlier and we had made a few area cleanups and left it there for a couple of days taking it out when it became full. To my amazement there were a great number of such smaller less stout bags tied up to trees or bushes in the 50 yard area. A lot of people helped clean the whole area below the motel the last thirty minutes. The fishing really slowed at the rocks (post office) hole wed and thurs. Heard there were only 2 limits there wed and thurs mid day someone said there were only three adults that had been caught. The motel hole really did not have a good run in the afternoon or late morning the entire last week. Fair fishing with 8-10 wed evening and only a couple that last evening. Mornings were ok but only a third what usually are caught most years. No doubt the last three or four days the fishing slowed a bunch and the last two days were progressively worse.
