I agree that it would be a bad idea if no one took it with them when it was full. I can see why if you have to be the one to take them out it would be a pet peeve. 6 of us filled one such bag with waste from all over the rocks and took it out with us. it goes pretty quick with a lot of people involved. I though it was a good idea if the same courtesy was done when a bag becomes full. I can see why it would be a problem if the bag was missed, but for everyone's convenience it was kind of nice at the time and definitely helped ensure that where we were fishing was better than when we left it. I'm sorry you had to take a bunch of them out. That is a long walk out from down there. We were fishing pretty close to the road and it was not a big deal for us to throw it in the truck and get rid of it.

The last thing I would want to see is the area getting shut down because we leave trash. It's fragile enough as it is.
