Lower Norton Lake
#2
I haven't been there for years, but it isn't a bad hike. Just like all of the other mountain lakes the fishing will vary according to how the winters have been and when the lake was last stocked. Most are on a three year rotation, and they are stocked with tiny fingerlings.

There are many lakes that I have been to that would have great fishing one year, but almost barren the next, then 3 or 4 years of so so fishing etc...

At least with Lower Norton you get a pretty hike, and there is another lake further up to check out.
