suggestion for #2 - Get a Bilge pump. They are made to be in the water, and they pump out a good pressure. If you have a bilge pump in your boat already, get some tubing of correct size, connect your wash down hose to the output side, and the intake side out the transom under the water line. Possibly T tap it into the line feeding your live well aerator pump so you don't have to put a new hole in the hull. Wire it thru an automotive style rocker switch to the battery.
