Dealing with Mantua and Barney

I disagree it's not a speed trap, it's a ticket trap my friend was pulled over and ticketed for have the license plate on his trailer attached with wire . that's a real safety issue there , people on here have commented that they have received tickets for fishing to close to the dock. paper work problems when parking etc etc. the guy in that town should just put a cash register in his car and wear a money belt. he's not doing it for safety he's doing it for revenue. p/s not many people or accidents happening due to speed on that hill where he patrols . it's a divided highway with tall barriers to divide the lanes.
