Most anywhere with Bass is good for catching them on the fly. It will just be different presentations for different kinds of water.
Frogs, fish with frogs where frogs are,. Pounding the shoreline at Utah lake can produce some nice bass, the occasional cat too, so be ready for that. Mouse pattern are a top producer too. Spray a Zonker with float-ant and swim it like a snake.
Other place this will work are Mantua, Kaysville, and Holmes creek.
For places with mostly smallies go sinking line. Fish along the shorelines near points that have drop offs. fish p[aralell to the shore line to maximize time the fly is in the zone. A 5ips full sink will get you down where the bass are on Deer Creek, Jordonelle, Rockport and Pineview.
All manner of streamers like clousers, saltwater baitfish patterns, zonkers and especially crayfish patterns can produce. I have several crawfish patterns in beadhead, barbell eye, weedless and keel-fly.
