Your closest salmon and steelhead waters are the salmon river. Head north to salmon and Stanley area. There are many on here that fish it religiously. As for trout a good option is silver creek, lost river, mackay reservoir and just about any body of water you stumble on. For Kokes try magic reservoir or Ririe/blacktail. Good luck.
