Have to say I agree with you 100% on this stretch of road. Heaven forbid some one enforces the laws as they are written. You want to speed some times you have to pay the price. I've spent a lot of time driving around the US and with the exception of Cali and AZ I have never lived in an area where people abuse the speed limits like they do here in UT. The difference between here and CA/AZ is people there know they deserve the ticket and don't piss and moan about it. Here they act like a bunch of bedwetters when they have to pay the consequences of breaking the law.
