[#0000FF]Unless you consider that state troopers are the ones charged with the responsibility for policing that stretch of highway...not the city of Mantua. It is not uncommon to see both state and city cars chasing down evildoers along that road.
When there aren't enough out of towners to harass in Mantua they send Barney up onto the highway to help fill the ticket quota for the day.[/#0000FF]
