I'm not sure what Region Ririe is in but you have a member on the Idaho board that should be a good resource. Try sending a PM to Joe Kozfkay, if he can't answer your question, I'm sure he could give you the phone number of someone than can. He is the Nampa Regional fish manager for R3. Not sure of the prefix there but the last part of his phone number is 475-2764.
