[size 3][font "Times New Roman"]I talked to the company that manages the property (The Dike) surrounding Willard Bay. Riding OHV anywhere on the dike is prohibited; this is in forced by the Weber County Sheriff. You can ride them on the ice if you can get to it with out riding on the dike.[/font]
