That is what I was thinking, 20". I remember years ago, while I was up there trolling a nice 18" bow totally swallowed my lure. It was bleeding really bad before I even got of out of the water and since it was under the slot size, I had to let it go. I was thinking, what a waste, as it floated belly up and we trolled away[
], then out of no where, a bald eagle came swooping down and grabbed it. It had a hard time lifting the fish but it kept going. Sure make me feel better that, that fish did not go the waste.
