Hey thanks Pat for the tips on technique, I did go with my curly tail, cuzz that's what I'm used to pitching for smallies and I can make it work close to the bottom... It's not the hottest method, but I do pick up a few stragglers... That spot I was fishing is where I did well last year as well, but it's sure full of snags, they rocks must be really jagged and full of cracks because I snagged up a lot in that area, but at least I knew I was getting to the bottom that way... I lucked out and only lost one lure so I counted myself lucky... Hoping to make it back Friday, but I'm sure something may come up before then, but I'd sure like to get another chance at them...
