I'm probably not the best one to ask on that, but from what I've seen you usually get two good weekends and then it tapers off... Most of the time you can get a week before the peak, two good ones and then a tapering week so you can get up to a month... We are probably about dead center in the middle of the run this weekend... If Scott (BLFG) is back he can probably give you a lot more accurate info... Mike might be able to help too.. Gmwahl he is plugged into the Bear Lake action pretty closely... Shortly after the whitefish taper off the cisco run comes in around the 3rd week in January and they are fun and tend to make the trout very active feeding again... Plus the whitefish will come to eat cisco eggs and young so you can catch more then... If you get ice for the post cisco run, the whitefish through the ice can be a blast, so bring on the cold...
