I always recommend that one first gets a good idea on what should go in a good spam sandwich by reviewing a recommended YouTube before proceeding:

Once your good and familiar with what goes into a spam sandwich, then it's time to put it all together.
I like my spam fried. My wife requires that I fry it outside on the patio to keep the smell outside. I prefer the 25% less salt type Spam. Both sides of the bread get mayo. Some good mustard on one side and some sharp chedar cheese on the other. Two thick slices of fried spam side-by-side then some lettuce.
If you put the samiches in a baggie, then when it's time to eat them, you can hold them without touching the bread. Wouldn't want to get chub guts and smelly jelly from your fingers on that fantastic sandwich creation.
Man, this has got my mouth watering. Think I'll go make myself one right now!
