] I fished with a guy last nite that made something simmilar to it !! He took a 8 inch hand auger , cut the handle off and welded a shaft that fits in a larger drill , then he hooked a converter up to his truck and plugged in his drill !! This way , you don't have to worry about dead batteries !! It didnt take him long to drill through 24 inches of ice
