Party boats and Ice

Well it looks like its over for the winter for most of the party boats till march when winter flounder opens up again the bays and harbors are iced up and most of the boats called it quits until March 1 there are herring in the inlets if you can stand the frigid temps sabiki rigs are the ticket for Herring so if you have to wet a line thats about it for now Herring are good smoked or pickled if it warms up a little I might give it a shot to break things up
