Welcome to the forum and with that said I will confess to not fishing regular caddis patterns. I only fish Micky's caddis and for that you'll have to go talk to Micky at Fish Tech.

I have caught fish from 7 to 20 inches on it on lakes and rivers all up and down Utah. It is way more durable than a regular caddis dry too.
