If your primarly fly fishing lower provo a lot catch a few caddis and take a picture of them on your smart phone if you got one then try matching the color of it that way.
Usually I go with tan or natural elk hair.
Maybe try tossing some mouse pattern, streamers, and woolly buggers white black or red #2-8.
