Back aches be damned. I have my best perch fishing after all the kids are back in school so I thought I would run up to Blacktail today before the rains set in. I got two good hours in before the first crack of thunder hit and the wind and rain blew me off my spot. The perch were solid red three feet up from the bottom on my Vexilar I hated to leave but maybe one more time before it gets really cold. Here is a picture of ones I kept.
