A simple place and easy to get to is to go down to Swan Falls. They have a path across the dam to get to the other side of the Snake and you can turn right and head below the dam. Brownlee is also decent, but it is a much longer drive.

I still like Lowell but I haven't caught any catfish there yet other than little 5" babies.
