Mobile boat trailer repair?

I do brakes, but Utah is a pretty expensive service call. In some states if the parts are there they have to work. I've never had anyone even ask about my boat trailers. Haul it up to Idaho and we'll discuss it while fishing the snake. Not enough water for a jetboat ride to the honey hole right now.
