]When out on the ice I make a large pile of snow around my minnow bucket this works well keeping the wind away from these fish magnets. I also keep my minnow net up out of the water in the bucket as well other wise they all congregate in the net and the die faster. At home I have a 10 gal. fish tank with a bubbler in it. With care and daily attention they can stay for weeks. I usually pick up 4 to 6 dozen bait at a time so I can go out to the lakes without running to buy bait. The magots go staight in to refig.no need to hide because my lady fishes as well and understands.
