So now we have a bovine excrement law that soaks all resident boat owners in Utah but gives a free pass to all out of state watercraft and any resident watercraft that doesn't have to be registered - basically any watercraft that doesn't use any kind of motor.[/#800000][/font]

[font "Comic Sans MS"][#800000]I strongly suggested that a sticker/decal would be a better way to go and that any and all watercraft (resident/non-resident, motorized/non-motorized) placed in ANY Utah body of water should have one permanently attached prior to launch. But nooooooooo, they couldn't be bothered with something that actually made sense.[/#800000][/font]
