[#0000FF]Me too either. I grew up in an agricultural family...of modest means. I learned to eat and enjoy all the parts of the critters...or go hungry. Those who have seen my ample proportions would not believe I missed many meals.
I have also traveled and dined both in other parts of our country as well as north and south of our borders. Again, what is considered awful offal by most delicate palates is commonly put to good use by others less finicky. And a lot of it is fine fare, even when you know what you are eating.
My point...with the hot dogs...is that there is a lot more to their contents than "meats" the eye. And a lot of squeamish folks would likely give up their all- American fave food if they really knew what was in them.
