Ha! Seriously. I did drive by Newton on Memorial Day just after the storm had passed and it wasn't as bad as it was. Maybe ten feet down. Just seems weird to me that it's still so low. Clarkston Creek has been full and muddy most of the spring and the Idaho reservoirs are all full with the exception of Weston.
