Sometimes the bladders can go bad in storage. Maybe leaving the tube inflated for a week or so will tell if they are ok. If you do need a new tube this is what one chap did as posted on the Texas Fishing Forum under "new tube" 5-22-15:
"Placed an order to Walmart for a Classic Accessions Cumberland FloatTube. Price at Cabela's is $249.99. At Walmart it was about $183, no shipping cost. Can return to any Walmart store within 90days after delivered to me. Cumberland tube has great reviews."
Capacity is 350# and it uses a solid foam block seat which gives better support and sit you higher than the 2 piece ODC. No way as good a quality as the super fat cat but about half the price and you can return it easily if not happy.
