For tigers, go to Huntington Reservoir (also known as Mammoth) off Highway 31 up Fairview Canyon. It's almost exclusively tiger trout in that reservoir, save for a very small population of cutthroat. I just caught my first cutt out of there in 4 years of regularly fishing it when I was there last Sunday, so you're sure to get into tigers. And the Gulp Minnows work like a charm here. Walk along the dam and jig them there, the fish are still in relatively close because the ice came all the way off just last week. You should be able to get into some nice healthy fish.
