good luck to you in your future dealings with the revenue enhancement patrol err police. but like a member of this form says " there is no human condition that can't be made worse by the presents of a cop".and if you are unlucky enough to have an interaction with a policeman of the type that is being discussed here you will be at his mercy (and he apparently doesn't have much)and the city he works for who has crafted laws to benefit his and their selfish needs and not the general welfare of the people he is sworn to serve.so you can say that you never break the law so you will never be affected by his tactics some day the fickle finger of fate may point your way.
