More Mantua "hot spotting"

I bought my annual senior boat ramp pass this year at the Brigham City office. I asked Jolene (the lady that works in the office) who was responsible for checking the parking lot for parking slips and annual passes. She said it was the Brigham City police who drive through and check periodically. It is my understanding that Brigham City employees maintain the boat ramp, restrooms and boat docks. The reason I know that is when I asked who was responsible for cleaning the sand from the ramp, she said the city emploees would clean it when they put the docks in the water. It appears they did just that, the ramp was clean when I launched a few days later.

I would have to question why the Mantua cop would be writing tickets for anything around the lake except maybe for speeding on the levee!
