PBH, I realize most sportsman would be willing to help out. I have had individuals offer to help me feed, fence, haul hay and do all kinds of chores if they can hunt pheasants or deer on my property. I appreciate their kindness and allow them to do so without worrying about them paying back. But I am grateful they ask. This can be a win win situation and I want to be a part of that but I think until somebody walks a mile or two in my boots it might be hard for some to understand my perspective. Gemcityslayer, I don't have issues at all with folks fishing the stream that runs through my ground nor do I think I own that stream. What I do struggle with is what happens on my ground getting to the stream. Bottles, cans, trash and gates left open. Broken glass and piles of crap with toilet paper or like a week ago soiled boxer shorts. These are the things that make landowners skeptical. It's like going down the road. Most people are courteous and kind but there is always one idiot that is in a bigger hurry than everybody else that causes problems for all.
