Caught this one the other night by accident; not a great pic but I wanted to get it back in the water quick; it was probably 16-17".
This time of year, they're in around the rocks by any of the harbors for the spawn. We caught one last year that went about 4-5 lbs.
Spinnerbaits and senkos are good choices, in the rocks. Good luck.
