Person Missing at Willard Bay

I know I am going to get a ladder for my boat after this. Last year my nephew decided to hang from the edge of the boat and he couldn't lift himself back in. I had to help him in. I know I couldn't lift myself in if he couldn't. Maybe from the back, but most likely the motor would be running. I have a 16 ft Alumacraft.

Like another guy said, this all doesn't even take into account the cold water.
