Person Missing at Willard Bay
#68
What a Sad situation. This has made me rethink some of my habits on the water. I often take the boat alone and just got the lights so I could be on the water myself at night. I bought a kill switch to put on the motor but I now realize that with my size I would probably not even be able to get back in with out some help let alone reach over and dig the PFD out from under the seat cubby. I will always wear a PFD now. I have to chuckle at my thought processes over the last few weeks. I have thought about where I could store flares and the horn so that I could reach over the side of the boat and easily grab it if I fell out but not about wearing a PFD 100% of the time. This is a really Sad eye opener for me.
