JR, As you know to some degree on certain boats this has always been the case, so its not as big of a deal but I can see were it could create some problems for those slower to get on the fish if not handled sensitively.
Doesn'tt the crew count in the fish count though? I thought they did. If they do that solves some of the problems that might arise because you would have 3 or 4 guys who can count in the limit but don't actually fish. This would givet the boats a bit of margin for error?
One of the good things is that many times guys that are fairly new to the boats are pretty stoked about any fish they catch and won't really fuss to much about other folks biting into thier limit.
I am curious why you say that this is not good for the fishery? Is it a big change?
