I agree with you on the garbage, and it's my perception that it's the (how do I say this) "non-payers" that are trashing the place. I have seen the exact same thing at Willow Beach when I used to fish there often, bunch of pigs leaving their mess for others to clean up. The hotel out at Echo Bay is completely trashed too, windows broken out and AC units missing from rooms.
