My eye doc counseled me to use polarized glasses when I spend time on the water. I've always liked the polarized lenses because it feels like I have less eye strain after a full day of fishing as compared to the non-polarized variety.
I've tried both the glass and polycarb lenses from Costa and I don't much care for the added weight of the glass lenses. I have to have my glasses ultralight or it feels like I have a brick sitting on the bridge of my nose.
