]. Alaska in Summer and early fall and Alabama the rest of the year. I have coastal property up on POW Island in Alaska. I'm hoping to build and small cabin and split my retirement between there and Florida. Hopefully in about 6 years.
Weather and climate are too hard to predict long term but it isn't looking good. California should start looking at building a bunch of desalination plants or they may be in big trouble if these predictions come true.
