No, no grief about the oil change. My little 15 HP only holds 1 qt. I don't even pull the plug normally. I have a suction pump that I can put the hose down the oil fill hole, give it a few pulls till the oil flows up the tube (tube is clear so I can see what is happening) and maybe another 10 or 12 pulls and it sucks that old qt. of oil right out. I stuff a rag down under the filter, pull the filter, and the small amount in it runs into the rag. I can change oil and filter on that little Merc in about 20 min or less. Then if I change the lower end lube too, add another 10 minutes or so. Took me a bit longer than normal yesterday cuz I forgot the oil filter wrench, and had some effort to get the old one off. But it all worked out and I didn't have to ride home with that dang Willard skunk staring at me from the back seat. [sly]
